Above group rates are All Inclusive, quoted in US Dollars, per person, per night, based on selected type of occupancy. Rates are Non Commissionable to any third party (Meeting Planner, Travel Agency, etc.).

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE GROUP RATES
Your All Inclusive Package is valid from 3:00 p.m. of your arrival date to 12:00 p.m. (noon) of your departure date. Extensions of the All Inclusive Plan are allowed at a special charge of $50 USD Per Person (Lunch & Dinner). Rooms Late checkout are subject to availability and will have an automatic extra charge of 50% of the confirmed rate. 6:00 p.m. is the latest check out time allowed.
All private events are limited to a maximum of 4 hours. Extensions are possible with an extra charge of $100.00 USD for each additional hour plus $35.00 USD per each waiter, per hour. Private outdoor events must be scheduled to end by 11:00 p.m. (Outdoor Music must end by 10:30 p.m.), Indoor events in the ballrooms until 2:00 a.m.

The Hotel understands that the Group will serve as the Housing Bureau for all guest reservations.
CUT- OFF DATE:
The cut-off date for making all reservations would be by October 06, 2017. Reservation requests received after this cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel‟s prevailing rates and will be credited to the Group‟s guest room block.
The Hotel understands that extra consumption made by the guests, such as laundry, telephone calls, Doctor, valet service, etc., shall be posted to the individual accounts and will be paid by every guest upon check out.
ATTRITION POLICY AND NO SHOW
In the event of group room‟s reduction, the following charges will apply:
30 days prior to scheduled group arrival, no reduction or cancellation will be accepted. For rooms cancelled during this period the full deposit will be charged for each room cancelled.
NO SHOWS: In case of any NO SHOW, the hotel will charge the stay equal to two nights for each No Show to the Group Master Account.
EARLY DEPARTURES: In case of early departures the hotel will charge the remaining nights of stay.
